Dr. Aaron Scheps began his dental journey in Richmond, VA, earning both his undergraduate and dental degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University before serving in the United States Air Force, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and graduated first in his class. His time caring for children overseas inspired him to specialize in pediatric dentistry at the University of Florida, where he was elected Chief Resident and scored in the top 3% of his Board Exam, earning the prestigious Richard C. Pugh Award.
With over a decade of experience treating thousands of lip- and tongue-ties — including performing a release on his own daughter — Dr. Scheps brings exceptional expertise and heartfelt empathy to every family he supports.
He is also deeply committed to caring for children with special needs, creating customized programs for patients with sensory challenges or high anxiety. His dedication to helping infants feed successfully and children thrive earned him recognition as one of the Top 40 Dentists Under 40.
